Great at providing quotes and good follow-ups. But once you decline their auto quote, they don't even respond/care. No "thank you for contacting Farmers" or "we hope to gain your business in the future" or " how we earn your business," etc. etc. Additionally, their quotes are ~50% higher than most auto insurance companies.
I liked flexibility and adaptability to help me in clarify my doubts. The information provided both written and verbal was also very useful, thank you again for your professional ethics.
Jason and his team were super helpful and so easy to work with.
