Best agency! Very good price for excellent Farmers homeowners' coverage. And they are also agents for my Texas Windstorm insurance. No worries for me because they interact with my mortgage company to keep my premiums on time and with the insurance underwriters, to keep my coverage on point. I first want to say that the level of knowledge of the products I requested quotes for, from Cassidy Croft, of Farmer’s insurance, were exemplary. I needed car and home insurance because Travelers insurance doubled (yes doubled) my car insurance in September and my home insurance for next month, all in 8 months, since my veteran husband died in May. They could give no reason for the increases except that they raised their rates. Raising home insurance rates by 50% requires a legislative session and they only raised my rates because my husband a USMC veteran died. So I contacted 4 companies.
