Jamie Wilson has been not just an amazing agent at Farmers Insurance for us, but a kind and caring person. She has made a point of being respectful and getting to know you, you're family and the situations you are in to be help you. Jaime is amazing! She was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and super informative. She took the time to explain everything I had questions about, helped me get better coverage than what I was expecting, and made my experience with Farmers pleasant and easy.

Anytime I need information or to make changes to my policy, Jamie is on it right away. I was rear ended in my brand new truck and she was a blessing to have on my side. Even though the wreck wasn't my fault, she made sure I got a rental and scheduled all the repairs on my truck. Farmers handled the entire claim with the other insurance company.

I just had a tragic accident at one of my commercial buildings that Jamie Wilson with Farmers Insurance had worked with me on my building and liability insurance coverage. When the accident happened, she was called, apparently she immediately got on the phone with her corporate office, she was at the site within 20 minutes, her regional adjuster was there within 45 minutes and they sent an electrical engineer to the site within 1 hour of the accident. Insurance is required and necessary but until this incident I never realized how if you have a great insurance person and a great company to back them how very important it is. I certainly hope no one has to go through the experience that day. BUT accidents do happen. Make sure you have an insurance person who takes your insurance personall

Jamie takes good care of us and has handled all minor issues we've had quickly & professionally. My car & home insurance are 2 things I know I don't have to worry about. Very helpful.
