Farmers is over all a very good insurance to carry it is a little pricey but they cover things without giving you a hassle. James is a good broker but if you need to make a change call him don't email him
After many calls/emails asking for information without any response back, I decided to switch agents. I also found out today that a modification I asked for last March was never made to my policy. I gave up. Just really poor customer service.
Was extremely easy to set up a home owner's policy and the office answered all my questions quickly and with courtesy.
James does a great job!
