Craig at Holt Insurance is the absolute best agent I’ve been around for quite some time. Thanks Craig for representing Holt Insurance so well. The Receptionist is very nice and down to earth as well.

I have known this man and have been affiliated with him and Farmers for a very long time. I haven't met many man as upright, faithful, honest and full of integrity as James Holt. Listen, I walked into James Holt Insurance expecting the usual—boring paperwork, confusing jargon, and a desperate need for coffee. But what I got? A full-blown comedy show, a therapy session, and an insurance policy so solid it might outlive me! James and his team don’t just sell insurance; they sprinkle in wisdom, sarcasm, and just the right amount of “trust me, you need this” to make you feel like a genius for signing up. I walked in with a fear of adulthood and walked out with coverage so good I might start doing riskier things just to see it in action (kidding… mostly). Still waiting for a call back. The lady's excuse was no one answered the phone, and it didn't take messages. This is BS I have one phone # for 20 years and it most defiantly takes messages. So, check the number or maybe stop the BS. and actually call me. E-mail is not ok. I don't use E-mail for such important communication I need an agent how takes the time to do his job or to hire better people.
