Jake, is NOT at all like his father Scott in that he's very nonchalant and impersonal to speak with. I have been with this agency almost 25 years and Scott was very personable and compassionate and that's the ONLY reason I'm still with the agency today. I have spoken to Jake twice in the last 2 or more years and I felt ZERO compassion or anything from him.
This is a great office to be insured at! I know that if something were to happen to my home or to my family, Scot would be there 100% to stand in the gap and protect my assets. He truly cares about his customers.
Scot is a rare find. He displays exceptional integrity while genuinely placing my needs and those of my business ahead of his own. Highly recommended.
The best service in town. If you have any questions big or small they always help you with an answer. The staff is very friendly the office is very clean the best insurance in town
