I’ve never encountered such a level of unprofessionalism in my experience doing business with a company. Throughout this entire process, I remained gracious and respectful, but the way matters were handled was deeply disappointing and concerning. It’s especially unfortunate given that my mother has a relationship with the owner. However, the internal stress and lack of professionalism I endured have made it clear that I will not be doing business with this agency again.
