Farmers Insurance Hawaii

I’ve been a farmers insurance customer for almost 20 years. My credit card got stolen. They tried. They charged my card the next day after I turned it off I’m showing charges on my credit card that it went through. I received my insurance cards then I got a cancellation notice saying it was canceled. I’ve been on the phone for four days 12 different phone numbers could not talk to anybody except for a different insurance agency that’s trying to sell me insurance do not use Farmers anymore. It’s really sad sad sad

ive been on the phone for an hour. listening to this god awful music and nobody has even answered. worst experience ever. considering i only need one document. All of their other agents are busy and i find it hard to believe that all of oahu is calling this number at the same time.....

Truly the worst customer service I have ever had. Farmers Hawaii will literally lose your money, cancel your policy and attempt to double charge you when it's brought to their attention. They will leave you on hold for multiple hours, transferring you to other states so that they do not have to deal with you. If you value your time and money, I recommend staying as far away as possible from Farmer's Hawaii.

They always fail to mail my no fault card. I am now without a current one. The last woman needed to fax one over to the safety check station and she was not too serious when I asked her to mail it next time as they are withdrawing payments automatically. I’ll find another whose customer satisfaction is higher.
