These people are just a chop shop. They stole our families Yukon Denali XL. They lied about taking it to a repair shop. They left my disabled husband and son to wait in the freezing cold and dark for over five hours before the tow company even showed up. They have already refused to return it for five days and counting. Preventing our kids from being able to go trick or treating on Halloween.
