Having just moved here from another state, I contacted Klick Financial for a car insurance quote on 19 June 2020. On the 24th, I got a message to send copies of our driver licenses. I did this the next day and since then, haven't heard a word from them. I contacted them last week and left a message that said, "if I don't hear from you by Friday, I will be contacting a different office." Even that didn't warrant a phone call or an email. I have moved on to another office.
I've been dealing with Greg and his staff for years now. They have always been fast, efficient and reasonably priced.
Very pleasant, happy staff who are all knowledgeable about their services. Large variety of services, reasonable rates. Everybody loves Mr. Klick!
