Farmers Insurance - German Toro

I called German Toro anxious and stressed about Landlord Insurance (and switching from Homeowners Insurance) at 10:58am today and by 1:41pm I had my documents signed and a VERY good deal. He took my stress and did something about it quick! Highly recommend working with him, especially for anything urgent or unconventional.

My premium went up and I called the office , I spoke with German and he explained to me that it’s not up to him in regards to price increases; however he educated me regards to the best & necessary coverage needed for my situation and my needs. I appreciated his time and patience with all my questions! Best standing agency in town!

I got German's contact phone number from Farmers' website for a quote on my property's flood insurance. German was super helpful and really knowledgable and explained the most critical part of purchasing the flood insurance. He helped me even without asking me to buy any insurance from him! He is the reliable insurance guy and I will definitely recommend him to everybody who needs a reliable home/property insurance agent! Good job German!

German toro is the grosest man ever!! He was my agent for a couple of years and i would call him to ask him questions about my insurance policy and he always had an attitute to begin with. Last conversation we had he gave me a racial comment and said "thats whats wrong with you spanish people and never understand anything" dont go to him!!!! Hes really mean and nasty!!!!!
