I work at a dealership for a living and deal with multiple insurance agencies daily. NEVER have I ever had such a hard time getting a simple declaration page/insurance binder. Couldn’t get a hold of anybody in the office for over a week and when I finally did get an answer from George Madrid, who I believe is the broker, he was the most unprofessional insurance rep I have ever spoken to in the 10 years I’ve worked in the car business. It still took a whole day for him to send me a simple email. To make a long story short I would think twice if you’re thinking about getting anything insured through GEORGE MADRID! Worst customer service I’ve ever had!
Excellent service, I received my proof insurance right away. I have always had a positive experience with this office. Thank You George
