Farmers Insurance - Frank Sanchez

When I moved to Austin at the end of 2017 I was able to get my renters insurance through Mr. Sanchez's office. His staff was able to get me the insurance I needed quickly and answered all of my questions. When I had to file a claim a week ago, again his office was extremely helpful and informative in helping me through the process. The Farmers adjuster was great too. Mr. Sanchez personally followed up with my claim to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend if you are looking for insurance coverage from staff that offers a personal touch and sincerely cares about its clients! They are amazing!

This was my first experience getting car insurance on my own and it was incredibly frustrating. A long time ago, I was on my mother's policy with Farmers. We left Farmers and went elsewhere. Then, when I was looking for a policy for myself, I decided to give Farmers a try. I told the agent, Beth, that I was looking for a new quote for myself. Gave her the date that I'd like my policy to start, and my address, along with the rest of the information. I was quoted at $140. Then, I get my insurance card. Wrong address. I let her know. I email asking if everything is good to go. If I need to do anything. "Nope, you're all good." Phew. Then I get my bill in the mail. $203. I freak out because that is not what I agreed to.
