I love this insurance agency, Felipe is such a kind and knowledgeable agent! They insured someone else and charged me. Then they were rude to me when I wanted the insurance in my name lol. Unprofessional. Feels like they don't like us low income people. Felipe claims it was a mistake but seems purposely done. If you have low income can state sponsored liability watch out! Yikes.

Awful customer service by Leticia! These people made a mistake on their part and tried to charge me for it and cancel my insurance! Leticia was no help and even encouraged me to go somewhere else to not deal with me! She was so unprofessional and rude! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered! If you’re going with farmers I suggest going to a different agency!
