Erin is amazing to work with! We were looking for a change and she was not only helpful but very informative. I had a zillion questions about our policies and coverage needs, I probably sent her 200 emails in a span of a week! Regardless of my endless questions and clarifications she was quick to answer and understood that insurance and protection is important. Erin Janke helped my husband and I with our homeowners insurance this past week on our townhome. She took the time to explain the coverage we needed, answered all our questions and we could tell she had our best interest in mind. She was quick with replying to us and getting us a quote - which was a better quote than other insurance companies & the right coverage. In this process we found out we were under insured with our previous insurance so we are grateful for Erin taking the time to walk us through this. It was a great experience! Highly recommend her!

I was referred to Erin by a family member as I was buying my first home this past fall. I'm glad I took the time to reach out and get a quote from her because I now have better coverage (and I'm not spending as much!). Erin was always prompt with communication and did a great job explaining everything in terms I could understand.
