Eric at the Sauk Centre office is terrible! I called him to put insurance on a vehicle the day I bought it and 16 days later I find out that I have no insurance on it. I called Dec 16th, 2024 to cancel all my insurance on home and auto's and I still got billed for a January, so I called Eric and he said he didn't cancel anything! I'm so done with agency!!!
