I am not a current customer with Farmers—but most of my family is. Each and every team member at Liz’s office has customer service and satisfaction as a priority. Every time I have gotten a quote, been in their office, or emailed a team member, I have been met with kindness and support. So many insurance agents are only focused on numbers and getting a sale, and of course that’s important, but at this office there is never any pressure! They make every step easy and stressless, and are always quick to answer any questions. AND They are consistently involved in supporting other local businesses & I love that! As long as you are only expecting to pay policy premiums to a silent agent, everything goes great. If you come to a point where you need her to engage, expect slow or no communication, days long gaps in response to text messages, and no customer service. Recently, Farmers issued multiple checks for repairs in an uninsured motorist claim. They unexpectedly pulled one on the checks back from my account, without notice. Previous to this, I had gone to special lengths to call and request that everything be issued in one check. I was told Elizabeth was unable to take my call at that time- deferring me to other team members in the office.
