Farmers Insurance - Earl Harriss

I have dealt with Farmers Ins for many years. Earl Harris is by far the worst agent I've ever dealt with. Total lack of Professionalism. If you deal with this guy and cancel your policy Please follow through with the policy holders to make sure policies were canceled! We canceled our policies with him and he didn't forward paperwork. Now we're dealing with credit agencies. This guy is a joke! That ain't funny. .

Mr. Harriss was extremely unhelpful and rude on the phone. I needed help sorting out insurance after my father passed away and it was all just a nuisance to him. Definitely happy to be going to another agency! Sharpe and Smith are very helpful and, more importantly, kind!

You get what you pay for. I had heard so many times that farmers insurance was good insurance and I had been with Geico for many years and they kept going up up up up until finally I was paying $250-$260 a month for full coverage insurance on a 14-year-old car with high miles and so I took the chance to switch over to farmers and I was so excited when I ended up getting it for less than half of what I was paying at Geico like maybe 60 or 70% less. For somebody that’s been in business a long time he certainly doesn’t have his terminologies correct. As far as Insurance goes. It was easier just to go to the insurance company direct and it doesn’t matter about not having a local agent because they can take care of you, Online, and cut out the agent cost. If it was me, I would just go online direct to the source and do auto payment with your debit card.
