Farmers Insurance - Dusti Nolen

My insurance was canceled for at least a week after I got done paying them over $200, they send me an invoice via mail not a phone call to let me know that I don’t have insurance. The reason they canceled the insurance is because I forgot to sign a signature. Which I’ve never done in my life, and I tried to explain to her Situation and what was going on with that she told me there was nothing she could do so pretty much what she did was over $1000 from me in the last two And now I don’t have coverage on my vehicle This place is nothing but a scam and I would Stay away from it. I will be telling other businesses and peers about what happened.

I have been with this company for a very long time and they have always taken care of all my needs. To update my post on this company. I had to leave this company due to their prices going up all the time. I just couldn't afford them anymore, plus they dropped the ball too many times. Gave them many chances to improve but that didn't happen. All I can say is shop around before giving your hard working money away.

I was with this company for about three years. Over time, the price increased with each new term, so I began looking at other options. When I let them know I would not be renewing and still had a few months left on my current agreement, the tone of our relationship changed immediately. Communication stopped, and the friendliness that had been there before disappeared. That was disappointing, especially since I had been a long-term customer and would have considered returning in the future if pricing became more reasonable. Unfortunately, the way my departure was handled made that unlikely.

Saved money on my insurance and have recieved excellent service. In February I had a little incident. I called Dusti and within 10 minutes the rental car place was calling me to get me something to drive. The very next morning the tow truck took my vehicle to the body shop and they got right on it. Body shop had a problem with a piece of their equipment and had my vehicle longer than they should have. Dusti took care of my rental the entire time. No worries-Farmers took good care of me. I highly recommended.

I had a water line break in my upstairs. Completely destroyed upstairs and downstairs. And Dusti was quick to get service pro to come and clean this up. Insurance paid well thank you.
