Dika is very fast at answering email and questions. Overall very happy with agent. When I ask something to be done, because I need it for my business....it gets done ASAP. So 5 star is the adequate rating. Also you can't beat their rates, they will work for you to find you the best rate for your insurance needs.....A++++

Dika & team have provided our personal and business insurance needs over the past year. Everyone has been very quick to respond to our questions, and have been able to readily provide information we need, even when we needed things (such as insurance certificates) on a quick time frame. From knowing Dika for the last three years, I can say that it means a lot to have an insurance agent that I can wholeheartedly trust.

This man should be in prison for fraud. He quoted me a price for the whole year for home insurance only to double the price after a few months. My account was debited double the amount without my permission for which I subsequently filed a report with my bank and the money was returned to my account. Shady individual along with his sister who I will be filing a report about to Consumer Protection Agency. I called the thief multiple times but he would dodge my calls and pretend he was at a mosque praying. Despicable Human Being
