Farmers Insurance - David Saucedo-Ruiz

I highly recommend this agency! They provide excellent service and their prices are very reasonable!

I recently contacted this agency and spoke with Saucedo to initiate a new auto insurance policy. However, he provided false information, stating that the application did not go through due to the need for a copy of my ID. Furthermore, he inquired about the status of my driver's license. I promptly terminated the call, as I suspected racial profiling. I subsequently contacted a different Farmers agency located nearby, the Terry Fredrick agency, and they did not pose any issues. I was not required to provide a copy of my ID or any additional documentation; I simply furnished the necessary information to establish my new policy. I advise against trusting the Saucedo Agency, as their conduct raises concerns.

I was referred to David by a friend who highly recommended him. When I called I spoke with Idalia. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions along the way. She was able to reduce my monthly car insurance bill for 3 cars, by $68 a month. More valuable than the savings, was how she gave a very personal experience. I did not feel like caller 20, after a long hold, rushed to get to caller 21. Thank you for awesome customer service and great rates!
