Farmers Insurance - David Carson

After 3 weeks of trying to make contact with the agent. I haven't even been able to get someone to answer my phone call let alone return my messages. I've been a long time customer of this agency. Long before David Carson ever arrived. I've never once received a phone call from him or spoke to him directly. His secretary has appeared to do most of the work. But now I can't even get them to answer the phone when you try to put yourself on hold you get a 2-second loop of music than a repeat of the out of the office message. Going to change to another agent today!

Have had policy for home and car since 2017. They were great in beginning. Lately, they never answer phone or return phone messages. A couple months ago I left over 20 voice messages, and they never returned my call. Went to the office to see a sign saying they were out of the office. The least they could have done is put that in the voice mail. Then I would have quit calling them! So I called them again two weeks ago and I think she is the owners daughter answered the phone told her what I needed, asked if she would call me back with the policy info. She assured me she would call they next day after 10, well she never call me! So I called today to cancel my policies, I am moving to State Farm. They answered all my questions and called me back!!

After receiving and astronomical increase on our auto policy, I've been trying to cancel my insurance. The only person, office manager, that can help me never returns my calls. I've been with this particular branch for many years but I'm taking my home and remaining policy elsewhere.

Love this agency! Didn't understand insurance at all and they sat with me and explained everything until I fully understood all coverages on my policy. They go above and beyond and make sure your homes and cars are covered properly. My auto price came out a little higher with them, but that is because they included coverages I needed, which were coverages I thought I had, but my previous company had removed them without telling me to entice me to get a policy that had a lower price. I've found that many offices from different companies have this type of shady business practices. But not David's office! I am now very confident in my insurance policies as well as my agent and agent staff! Thank you all for your great customer service!

Just got a motorcycle policy with this agency. The girls in the office are super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I walked in knowing nothing about insurance except for the fact that I needed it for my bike. I walked out with confidence in my policy. I know what limits and coverages I have, and I know exactly what they are for. The price being lower than the other companies I quoted with like geico and progressive was awesome and I was even offered higher coverages for a lower price. I went in for motorcycle insurance and walked out with knowledge on not only my motorcycle policy, but they were kind enough to answer my questions and explain auto coverages to me as well.
