Brittney is a gem, I can always count on her to help me with my insurance, no matter if it's to renew, change, adjust or make a claim on the policy she never fails to resolve my problem. It's so refreshing to be able to trust someone with such delicate matters, she very professional, attentive and always gets back to me when she says she will, even on Easter weekend when the office was closed this sweet child took the time to get back to me and give me peace of mind with my insurance problem. Can't say enough good things, highly recommend.

I’ve never had such an amazing experience with any company for anything. Farmers is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. You can text them which is super convenient especially for someone who has a kid/kids. Everyone is super sweet but my favorite is Brittney. She has made me and my husband buying our first home so easy when it comes to everything we need to make sure our house is protected along with our vehicles. She explains everything in detail so I can make sure everything I need to know is fool proof. I absolutely LOVE this company and everyone who works there. I honestly feel like family. Thank y’all so much. Seriously if you need any type of insurance the prices are wonderful and the people are even better!

Brittney was very helpful and patient; she understood my needs and questions to get me great auto insurance coverage. Moved to Texas and auto insurance premiums are ridiculous! But Brittney knew how to make it work for me. I 100% recommend. Thanks girl!
