Farmers Insurance - Christopher Neff

Chris came highly recommended, and now that we have had him as our agent for over a year its clear why. He is extremely knowledgable on insurance ins and outs, and very friendly and personable. I feel I am well covered, and he is always just a phonecall or text away. I have never had an agent that was on top of his game and communication like Chris. Just want to take this opportunity to share my experience with Chris and Jessica of Farmers Ins. We had a situation with an accident and it was covered by the other drivers insurance. Chris and Jessica helped us navigate through the process. Which they did not have to do. Coincidentally a week later we had to file a claim for our roof. The adjuster was at our home within a week. And the money for the repairs was in our account the next day. They say you never know how good your insurance company is until you file a claim. Well we know that Farmers is great. So glad to have them representing us.
