Farmers Insurance - Charlotte Lehto

Charlotte advised me to open a claim. The adjuster asked me one question and said this was not covered under my policy. I now pay over $600 more because I was advised to open a “claim” that wasn’t covered. Terrible advice that keeps costing me money. I would never go back here.

Searching out Medicare supplemental plans can be a daunting and completely overwhelming experience. We were so pleased and blessed to find Charlotte at Farmers Insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and explain things in a way we could easily understand. Charlotte had me open a claim for a problem that should not have required opening a claim. This terrible advice cost me $650 dollars a year in increased home owners insurance. Now my insurance shows I filed a claim, even though no claim went through. Save your money and go with someone else you can trust, Charlotte is not a reputable agent.
