ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. This agent inherited my account. In September of 2024, just by accident, I discovered, while reviewing my checking account, that my July homeowners insurance payment had not been automatically withdrawn from my account, but my auto insurance had been withdrawn. That was a Farmers Insurance glitch, as I was advised. Unbeknownst to me, I had gone nearly two months without coverage, though no one had ever contacted me. When I called to inquire, they assured me that the issue would be rectified. It was and they promptly withdrew the payment for the month that I was not insured.
