Farmers Insurance - Brian Natale

Brian and Kaitlin & Melissa are wonderful! Saved sooo much money!! Thyou Farmers!!

I called on Monday July 10th and spoke with Melissa, told here about my situation about needing insurance for our new property that we are buying and the run around I was getting. On Wednesday 7/12 she emailed me a quote for a policy. By lunchtime on Friday 7/14 I had my policy for our new home. They were very professional to deal with and made it very easy process for me. Thank you very much and I was a pleasure working with everyone there. I give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone that needs insurance.

I am so please with Brian Natale and his team. No matter what time of day or what day of the week they have been available for me. My children purchased Trucks out of State and we forgot about contacting Farmers to add insurance. Brian responded to me immediately on the weekend and help get this resolved for me. Anytime I have needed anything they always respond quickly. They are an amazing team. We deal mostly with Melissa on a regular basis and she is so responsive and detailed. She also lets me know when I should be reviewing something and saving me money and making sure I am adequately covered. I can't say enough good things about them all. Brian and his team are fantastic. They worked with both my family and my mom to get the right policies at the right price. This can be a competitive market but what sets them apart from all competitors is their customer service. It is second to none. I was a long time USAA customer but moved to Farmers because Brian and his team worked with me to identify the correct coverage at a reasonable price. This is with 2 teen drivers on my policy. I would highly recommend anyone to at least reach out to them and give them a chance.
