Farmers Insurance - Brett Vance

Brett and his staff are great! We recently had a roof claim and everyone from his office to the Farmers adjusters and billing staff were excellent. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and pleasant for our roofing company to coordinate with. I highly recommend Brett and his team.

This Agency is Terrible! When dealing with the agency over the past 3 years, I have had nothing but terrible customer service. When attempting to ask about my policy over the phone was put on hold several times. When I attempted to add more coverage for my policy, was told that I had to send an email stating my request. I completed the email, then saw no update to my coverage! When attempting to cancel this policy, had to reach out to agency via text, email, then finally phone b/c the first two methods did not cancel as request. Would give -5 stars if possible. I suggest finding a new Insurance agency. State Farm had a much cheaper rate & PHENOMENAL customer service.

I’ve always had such nice service from Brett Vance at Farmers Insurance. He and his team work hard to make sure all my questions are answered and that I have my proper paperwork for my car each year. I have never had any issues filing a claim with Farmers either. Brett’s team is always there to help with my insurance needs.

I have been a client of the Vance Farmers Agency for several years. Brett is great to work with abs his staff is quite knowledgeable on all their products. While costs of insurance can fluctuate I feel like Brett and his staff keep me informed of various options that will either provide the most reasonable amount of coverage at a reasonable rate.

Brett and his team and very professional and knowledgeable. Not only were they able to help me save money on my home/auto insurance but they were also able to help my parents with Medicare needs. Win/win!
