I've found Brenda, Doug, and Jon to be very caring, helpful individuals. They are friendly and greet me immediately when I walk in the door. They are all very willing to answer questions and concerns. It's nice to be treated as an individual, and not just as a policyholder.
Brenda is very knowledgeable with all the products available. She will work with you to make any changes you may require. She is congenial and will listen to you to determine the best outcome possible.

I go there for homeowners insurance and get a quote. I pay in full for 1 yr. About two months later I receive a letter saying I owe more money AND they lowered my rate of insurance coverage I originally signed up for. CROOKS. Your quote means nothing, do not think you are paid in full when you walk out the door. Farmers does not care about you, all they want is more and more money. STAY AWAY
