From start to finish, Shannon at Benny Fogleman Farmers Ins was responsive, listened, asked the right questions and had an expeditious process in place that allowed me to do everything online. No appointment needed. We are full time travelers and she understood what we value in our lifestyle. I acquired new insurance in one day for my vehicle. Their quote was professional and came in a bit less than competitors. I phoned as it was closing time for her to confirm when account would be live and at the end of the call she says, "we look forward to working for you!". Customer service matters and this branch has it down! Definitely recommending!
