Our insurance had gone up. So calling around to a few places i came across this agency Benjamin Smith Farmers Insurance. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. So we switched. A few years later my dad moved in with us and I called and the woman who answered the phone was amazing. She was so helpful. And it was so easy. I love this agency. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

I would highly recommend this agency. This summer while on vacation we had a mechanical problem with our truck that required us to have to have it towed and we had towing on our policy. since we were not near home we didn’t know who to call so I reached out to the office they helped us get set up with a tow company and even followed up to make sure we got everything set up and knew how the steps worked. We really appreciated the help and the follow up! Great customer service.
