Farmers Insurance - Benjamin Burns

Mr. Burns runs a professional, kind and busy insurance agency in Rockport Texas. We often refer business to them because we know they will take care of our clients. We are blessed to have Ben and his team in Rockport, TX and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My old auto insurance was too high so started looking around for cheaper rates and found it with Farmers. They also have 2 local offices which I wanted. The personnel were knowledgeable and pleasant. Could not have asked for more. Would highly recommend their services.

I am so thankful that I came to Burns Insurance when I began looking for insurance after hurricane Harvey. I have worked, for the most part, with Desiree. She has been so patient and helpful, even with all the requirements from the SBA Disaster Loan that we have for our businesses. We had to set up numerous policies (we own a small cottage rental business, and each cottage has multiple policies). Desiree was diligent, always cheerful, and dealt with the SBA one-on-one for many of their questions. She saved me many a heartache. Both Heather and Benjamin have helped us with questions and have even contacted me when I inadvertently missed a premium payment (yikes!). I highly recommend Burns Insurance Agency.

Benjamin and his staff are always polite. They have been attentive and patient as we try to navigate the collection process after Hurricane Harvey. Initially, they provided coverage recommendations that were necessary to cover our home after a hurricane disaster.
