And Fidel is the greatest agent I have ever come across. Every time I’ve needed her she’s right there. Just yesterday I got pulled over and I didn’t proof of have Insurance in the car. Her quick response completely avoided me getting a ticket. Not only does she provide great service, she does it with a very genuine and very sweet almost motherly sort of attitude. It’s clear that she cares about her customers.

Ann was great. She wasn't able to offer me great price she was able to point me in the right direction. She took her time and told me why I'd be paying so much and she gave me answers and helped me. Thank Ann for taking the time to help me and not just blowing me off just cuz you couldn't help. You are a true business woman who generally cares about people. I can see how your office has been around for so long.

Farmers may be a large national organization, but the customer service in Ann’s office provides individually tailored service and makes one feel as if they are the only customer Ann’s office has.
