Canceled my policy, a week later they took the premium from my account anyway. Agent didn't answer my calls and couldn't leave a message due to a full mailbox. (RED FLAG) I thought this was resolved by customer service stating they would electronically refund me, but NO!!! Since they owe me more than they auto drafted, they have to send paper checks!!! And that took almost a week for them to mail. If I could do a review with 0 stars I would!!! Buyer beware!!!!
Drew Tocimak was great, informative with out being pushy. He work with me to deliver the best possible product. He was prepared, professional and nice, I would highly recommend him for your insurance needs.
