Farmers Insurance - Andrew Maus

Excellent experience overall. Sign up was easy. Andrew walked me through my current coverage from my old carrier and explained some things that I may want to consider getting covered. This winter was especially concerning with some ice dams that had formed on my home's roof. Andrew walked me through what my policy does and doesn't cover, answered all my questions (without making me feel stupid), and made me feel like I was his top priority. Insurance companies are all the same. Having an agent like Andrew really makes the difference, and is why I'll remain a customer of his in the future.

Andrew has a very likable way about him. Andrew is extremely easy to work with which is a big thumbs up for me with a tight schedule between work hours. He’s that insurance guy that can help you anytime you need it from his office or his boat!

If you're looking for someone who answers the phone and gets back to you, steer clear. My husband and I contacted Andrew numerous times after having unusual price increases on our bills. He would not answer or return messages.
