Take your business somewhere else. They committed fraud with us and only lied about taking responsibility. They used to manage my business, auto and home, until I tried doing a claim and found out I had no coverage for nin payment even though I had paid my policy for the whole year in full. My claim was denied and was left with damages to my home. Alfredo said he was going to take care of it and never called back after messages, email, and call. Eventually, I filed with TDI for fraud. Later, I also found out my business insurance was not at the limitations I was paying for but way less. Found out at renewal through another agent. He doesn't take responsibility and pockets your money, leaving you with no coverage. Be aware of them, and don't take the risk. We had to pay for our home damages

He's never in his office and never returns phone calls. I'm still waiting to get my garage fixed after months. He made an appointment with me and didn't keep it and never called me to cancel. Definitely do not recommend.

The worst! They lie! Never answer their phones. The agent, doesn’t know how to keep scheduled appointments and won’t even bother to cancel or apologize! All they care about is getting your money! Switch to State Farm.
