I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Farmers insurance . Despite multiple attempts, my phone calls regarding my claim were never returned. Not only was my coverage neglected when I needed it most, but the complete lack of communication showed me how little they value their customers. Because of this poor service, I had no choice but to cancel my policy. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with their insurance needs.
