Farmers Insurance - Alex Grow

Alex Grow took over this Farmer's Insurance location from another agent we had known for a couple of years. He made the transition very smoothly and has served our business and personal needs ever since. He is prompt when we need him and I feel he has our best interests at heart. In addition, we saved a LOT of money switching to Farmer's. I would and have recommended him to friends and colleagues.

We have been very pleased with this agency starting with the convenience of purchasing the insurance to having greater coverage at lower cost to the recent hassle-free experience when submitting a claim. After hitting a deer, the claims process was quick and efficient. The adjustor was thorough with his inspections. Not having a requirement to obtain multiple estimates and allowing the repair work to occur at a local body shop of our choice was greatly appreciated.

Alex is the best insurance agent I have ever had. Every time in need something (flood insurance, event insurance for our wedding, help with my motorcycle policy, or just have a question) he always makes time to help. Thanks Alex. You are awesome!!!
