My experience with this insurance company has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I was not properly informed about the details of my coverage, despite asking specific questions and trusting the information I was given. As a result, I was blindsided by unexpected costs that I would have planned for, had I been given accurate or complete information. This level of miscommunication is unacceptable, especially when people rely on insurance during vulnerable times. It feels like I was misled, and the lack of accountability only added to the frustration. I would caution others to get every detail in writing and not assume you’re getting the full picture. Transparency and clear communication should be a basic standard in this industry—unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
