At first this company was great to work with. They set me and my wife up with affordable and very comprehensive auto and renter’s policies, as well as work insurance as I am in construction. We had stayed with them for 2(ish) years before we decided to move south where they do not cover. On multiple occasions I had requested to cancel policies, starting with all the work insurance, which was successfully cancelled but continued to be withdrawn from my account. I had to request a refund and waited multiple weeks to get this mistake fixed. When I requested to cancel my auto and renters insurance they once again confirmed over the phone that it was cancelled. Two months go by as we’re moving and settling into our new place, setting up new insurances and so on, and I notice that they had never

Scott will sell you insurance but never help you with a claim , after doing bussines with him for over 20 years . Farm family would not even send me or my Atterony the policy for over 45 days , scott says he doesn't even know what is in it . Ya right Wonder how insurance people sleep at night
