I’ve worked with insurance brokers for several years now so that I can review quotes from different companies annually to see all my options and make sure I’m getting the best deal for my family. I first emailed Kelsey on a Sunday afternoon and at that same time I emailed 3 other agents to ask for quotes. Kelsey was the only one who answered me Monday. And she emailed me back first thing Monday morning at that. That quick and warm response immediately put her at the top of our list. If someone isn’t responding quickly to get your business, think of how slow they’ll be when you have a claim or issue one day. Not only that, but Farm Bureau was able to give us better coverage with a lower rate than anyone else including our current provider. It was no question that Farm Bureau was the right choice. Kelsey was absolutely amazing when my husband and I needed to get our insurance changed over! She was very personable and helpful with all of the questions we had. I had zero clue about anything insurance related and she made sure to explain everything! 10/10 would recommend!
