Good dependable staff. Been with these people for at least 20 years - highly recommend
Very helpful staff. I feel like the company as a whole is pretty easy to work with but after being with them for 3 years my policies were still very expensive and there wasn't much that could be done, even with no accidents or tickets. But Steve is a great agent who is down to earth. My main complaint is I was told incorrect information about my policies.
Had a great experience with Farm Bureau Insurance. I spoke with the agent. She explained all my auto coverage and provided to me some options. Great customer service. I highly recommended this agency to anyone who needs insurance policy.
