Working with Chad at Farm Bureau has been an absolute pleasure. My wife calls this poor guy weekly interested in new policies and he happily answers all of her questions. If you are looking for someone who will work closely, and honestly with you on your insurance policies, and not just try to sell you anything they possibly can, I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Chad.
We had 1 claim in 12 years on our home for roof damage from recent wind storms. They refused to cover all but two pieces of metal and painting on the interior where there was water damage. The whole roof needed to be replaced. The adjuster was absolutely horrible to work with. He told me that because the metal was pulled up but not damaged it was considered extended exposure and not covered but this was after I told him that I came out in the middle of it being ripped off the roof to add extra screws where I could to stop it from being damaged more. So I asked if I would have just left it to be ripped off if it would have been covered and he said yes but you also have a responsibility as a homeowner. We'll I think I covered my responsibility by preventing more damage but he did not cover h
