Farm Bureau Insurance

I own a wrecker service and have been doing this for several years. I had to deal with a "lady" by the name of Minda and was the worst experience I've ever had with any insurance company. I got yelled at and hung up on and when I called back I let her speck and then was told she did not want to hear what I had to say. 100% the WORST I have ever had to deal with!!!!!!!

Good price but they will drop you quick for making a claim. Kinda missing the reason for insurance.

Wasn’t aware of my yearly member fee wasn’t renewed. They supposedly sent mail to my house but I work out of state. So I didn’t get the membership fee paid and they canceled my member. Not only did I get a no insurance ticket because they didn’t call me but my insurance went from $219 to $313 simply because my insurance lapsed. Aka canceled. They have no explaining of why my insurance is $100 more not to mention I have used this insurance for almost 5 years. A clean driving record with no accidents. $313. Ridiculous. Also driving a 14 Chevy Silverado. If you need insurance or going to get insurance don’t use farm Bureau in Russellville.

We have been with Farm Bureau for over 30 years! Not once have we had a bad experience. We have had several claims without increase in insurance. Highly recommend Mark Johnson as an agent! Everyone in the office is very helpful.

DO NOT DO NOT EVER!!! come to Farm Bureau in Russellville!! It is literally the worst place ever. This place is so God awful that I think any other insurance is better. This place claims to be professional but is far from it. This place cannot function properly at all!! Only 2 ladies up front are worth your time and won’t mess your policy up(both have blonde hair). You will absolutely regret it! The agency manager treats people poorly and the Office Manager i wouldn’t trust with a piece of bubblegum. If you want to be made fun of, it’s absolutely the place to go then. The agents are all great except the office manager. Several people I’ve talked to told me they didn’t like him, now i know why.
