I have Home and auto through this Farm Bureau agency and have had nothing but good experiences here everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable and they were great to work with when switching my homeowners insurance from the old company. It was a little bit more complicated because our homeowners insurance is through our mortgage and isin escrow so there was some added steps, but they made the process simple.

I've been with this agency and have been dealing with Telia and Rachelle since I was 16 years old! Telia has been there offering helpful, honest advice about car and home insurance for half of my life, quite literally!!!! Recently, I moved out of state and had to leave Farm Bureau. I can't explain how rare a business like this is to come by. They make it feel like they're family, personally helping you resolve your issues. Once my mortgage was absolved and transferred to the buyer, we moved, we've had little cell service in the mountains. Rachelle contacted me to tell me I deserved a refund. I never asked for a status on the refund, she emailed me daily with updates. I assure you, these women make this agency the best business I've ever dealt with. I haven't once regretted moving until now

Love coming here! Such wonderful people with great manners! The receptionist, Rachelle, is the most wonderful young lady, so kind hearted. Telia is also a hard working individual wouldn't be the same without her. Denise, the woman in charge of it all, is probably one of the greatest people I know. Farm Bureau in Richmond is a 10/10 establishment I would recommend it to anyone.

Paid cash in advance for a year worth of commercial insurance, policy cancelled without the common courtesy of a phone call, then when I found out, I phoned to ask "why?" & clear the matter up, continue new policy, was told "will get back will you tomorrow", 10-days, again still not the courtesy of a phone call. Shame on you!
