Farm Bureau Insurance Regional Claims Office

The worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Mark Maberry is the laziest person I know, hard to get on the phone and can’t even text to keep you posted on your claim. I ended up having to do a lot of his work for him because he’s not tech savvy. He couldn’t even get the police report,nearly 2 months went by still no report, I called and had it in my hand in less than 5 minutes. I finally had enough of his lack of ability to do his job and contacted his boss Jean Savage, now she was amazing! She kept in contact with everything.

I have been trying to hear back from the adjuster for weeks now. My accident happened almost a month ago and neither me nor my own adjuster can get any information regarding a decision on the claim. They won’t answer and the other party involved in the accident has blocked my adjusters number. We have left multiple voicemails and I’m forced to hire a lawyer now.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been trying for MONTHS to get ahold of them regarding my daughter’s medical bills and car seat replacement in an accident. You can leave weekly voicemails and they will completely ignore you. It took 5 calls back to back to the supervisor to finally get him to answer his phone, but instead of helping, he says he’ll have the adjuster call back (I’ll believe it when I see it). I am such an easygoing person, it takes A LOT to make me upset and I never leave reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with how bad their service is. I had worked with the public for years, so I truly understand how tough it can be, but they are ridiculous here.

Over three months since accident. Can't get the adjuster to respond to emails, texts or calls. Farm Bureau is great as long as you're only paying premiums, but file a claim and you are ignored. I knew it would be bad when the woman at fault and I both had Farm Bureau. Last I heard she was telling me I was responsible for medical bills.

2020 was a rough year for myself and my 2007 GMC diesel truck. Two wrecks one in April and again in December. Farm bureau stepped up and fixed it the first time but the second time they totaled my truck but still gave me enough to fix it. Being that they totalled it then they will not allow me to carry the same full coverage policy that I've had on my truck since new. Not sure I understand that but my guess is surely someone will cover it with full coverage.
