Farm Bureau Insurance

Kelly initially opened my policy and I've been very happy. I've had the policy for over two years. I've had my payments setup direct debit using my debit card. Recently after two years of payments without any claims... Hannah contacted me saying my payment was 7 days past due and my bank (who they had been deducting for 2 years with no issues) declined my payment. I asked Hannah to try the payment again because insufficient funds was not the issue, she agreed but said a 30 dollar late fee would be added. She stated my bank said it was fraud detected and denied. I asked if that could be waived and she said yes if my bank showed it was a clerical issue. I contacted my bank who stated they tried to run with an incorrect expiration date and sent me the email showing proof from Mastercard

Kelley was fantastic to work with. She was patient with us while we gathered all of our documents and took the time to meet and discuss everything in person compared to doing everything virtual. We appreciate her for being so personable and look forward to continuing our business with Farm Bureau.
