I will always recommend Jack and his team; very professional and courteous. They respond in a timely manner and we’re able to work with us through the process of getting all our insurance switched over. The team was also very compassionate and and sensitive during a difficult time in my families life.

Called to cancel my policy and was met with hostility and rudeness. The guy who answered couldn't find my name, and kept talking over me. He then proceeded to hang up on me! I had to call back to verify my stuff got cancelled and that I would get my premiums back. I had them for over 3 years and that was the thanks I got- glad I switched services now.
