Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my insurance changed to them and was no hassle or problems. I was even able to save money, and my plan was way better than my previous plan. I was able to get my renters included for about the same price I was paying just for my automobile insurance.

Called talked with Andy the insurance adjuster about my house policy he said would by back in touch in few days… month later no call back.. called to speak with him and wasn’t in office and the person in office said that would have him call me back did not receive call again so I call them again to speak with Andy wasn’t in office 3 days later finally got around to calling me back

As much money as I(And my whole family)pay Farm Bureau, and have for many years, I feel I should get a Thank You! The girl handed me my receipt, without saying a word. Guess I’m old school, but that should automatically come out.

They are like family to us. Always there to answer my questions and can do most request over the phone. Great people great business to deal with!
