Farm Bureau Insurance

We love Daniel and his staff! They are always very professional and happy to help! We have had to make some adjustments to policies recently and they were all more than helpful and very detailed in their explanations! I would hands down recommend THIS Farm Bureau office!

Daniel S. reached out to us and tremendously helped my husband and I navigate the best options which also included bundling life insurance. Everything felt very natural and not forced. Most unorganized and unhelpful group of insurance agents I have ever had to deal with. Bubba got some issues I had with the Springfield office squared away back in July 2025 however they did not remove a debit card that was incorrect for auto draft bc I paid the 6 month premium. I called to get them to correct their mistake but bc bubba no longer works there I had to deal with Sam. Talk about condescending and rude. I explained that when I had spoken to bubba my correct debit card was supposed to have been updated. His response “well I wasn’t there for that conversation I don’t know what took place” so they were unwilling to fix their mistake and I was told “ I’m already here 20 min past when I’m supposed to “ . Daniel was very professional, explained my coverages, and provided me with a great rate- all while being quick and efficient. This was much better experience than contacting traditional major insurance companies.
